Facilitated by the Anti-Terrorism Council Program Management Center, the workshop held on Monday, September 23, 2024 aimed at refining Senate Bill No. 2723 or the proposed Chemical Weapons Prohibition Act filed by Estrada which is obligated under the Chemical Weapons Convention, to which the Philippines is a signatory.
