Immediate aid to Super Typhoon Carina victims: Senate President Pro Tempore Jinggoy Ejercito Estrada leads the relief operations Wednesday night, July 24, 2004, to San Juan City residents affected by the massive flooding brought by Super Typhoon Carina. Estrada paddled rescue boats to deliver food packs from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) starting with those from Brgy.
