(POLITIKO) Senator Jinggoy Estrada is wishing his dad, former President Joseph Estrada, a very happy birthday.
Estrada took to Facebook to show his love and appreciation for his father, describing the former leader his idol and inspiration. The latest social media post included a number of father-and-son snapshots through the years.
“Happy happy birthday sa aking idolo at inspirasyon, ang aking pinakamamahal na ama, Former President Joseph Ejercito Estrada,” he said.
Estrada also thanked his dad for the love and guidance especially on public service. The former actor followed in his father’s footsteps, joining politics in the early 1990s.
“Maraming salamat Dad sa iyong pagmamahal, payo at pag gabay sa akin lalo na sa larangan ng public service. I love you, Dad! Happy birthday,” he said.
