Jinggoy meets with AICS beneficiaries in San Carlos City, Pangasinan: Senate President Pro Tempore Jinggoy Ejercito Estrada meets with over a thousand beneficiaries of Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (ICS) program payout activity at the Arenas Resuello Sports Complex in San Carlos City, Pangasinan on Wednesday, October 30, 2024. Estrada was accompanied by Mayor Julier Ayoy Resuello, Vice Mayor Joseres Bogs Resuello, and Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) representatives in distributing P3,000 financial aid to each of the 1,334 AICS beneficiaries.
