Sa pagtatapos ng Second Regular Session ng 19th Congress, malugod kong ibinabahagi na 2 pang makabuluhang panukala ang naisabatas natin – ang Eddie Garcia Law at Caregivers’ Welfare Act.
It has been a journey filled with hard work and determination to achieve this landmark legislation. I am grateful to be part of this milestone, contributing to a sense of purpose. As I take on the important task of serving as the Senate President Pro Tempore, I am fully prepared to take the challenges ahead. I will work tirelessly alongside Senate President Francis Escudero and all our colleagues to ensure that our legislative agenda brings meaningful progress and uplifts the lives of our kababayans.
