Virtual reality experience: Senator Jinggoy Ejercito Estrada tries the state-of-the-art virtual reality headset of the Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) during the opening Monday, September 18, 2023, of the Maritime and Archipelagic Nation Awareness Month (MANA Mo) 2023 exhibit on the second floor of the Senate building. The VR googles shows simulation exercises for seafarers. MARINA also brought scale models of ships plying the domestic shipping trade (FastCat), fishing and multi-mission vessels of the Department of Agriculture-Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (DA-BFAR) such as BRP Lapu-Lapu and BRP Datu Cabaylo.
