Jinggoy moves for an increase in monthly rice subsidy of PNP personnel: Senator Jinggoy Ejercito Estrada, during Tuesday’s budget deliberations, November 15, 2022, implores for P350-increase in the current P650 monthly rice allowance of the 266,000-strong uniformed and non-uniformed personnel of the Philippines. Estrada’s plea which was made as the Senate tackled the proposed 2023 budget of the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), was met with a positive response from Sen.
